My brother and I were born with Lyme - not diagnosed until MUCH later. My LLMD said there was a high likelihood that our dad contracted Lyme during WWII, as it was being used as a biowarfare agent!! He was told he had "malaria", although the malaria meds did nothing for him. I think we are deluding ourselves in thinking that Lyme was/is a naturally occurring disease - along with most other chronic illnesses. When you go down the deep dark rabbit hole in the referenced article, you will see that there is no search for a cure for Lyme, or cancer, or any of the other chronic illnesses. On the contrary, we are victims of a huge and long-lived deliberate array of "projects" to create and prolong the suffering of millions of people! It is a crime against humanity!!

Thank you so much for doing this and fighting for our congenital kids. My kids are congenital and both were reinfected via mosquito. I fought for them for many years with schools and doctors. I'm hugely grateful for the LLND that believed us and the amazing schools I have got them into but the fight is far from over. Be well.

My mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2016 after a 2nd bout with optic neuritis (right eye). Same neurologist/same treatment (Avonex) until just January ! So many other doors are open since seeking a specialist.our home doctor introduce us to Total cure herbal foundation where we finally get the right treatment for this disease, we have been on 3 different types of medications so far, but none seems to help me. Either I can't tolerate it or one didn't give any results.there is a herbal approach that has worked across Africa and China for centuries, this herbal approach has recorded a tremendous success stopping the disease progression and gradually alleviate all symptoms for MS.in other to purchase from them kindly visit their online website totalcureherbsfoundation.com
Good luck to each and every one of that's trying this herbal formula.

I was diagnosed in 2000 with MS after loosing our daughter at 4 days old. Treated for MS with AVONEX and was told in 2001 that the pain in my eyes was optic neuritis, however, there was no inflammation on my optic nerve and I could see colors fine, but I had the MS diagnosis so I had a "mild form of optic neuritis" Went down hill health wise treating with AVONEX and High doses of IV solumedrol and then 60 days oral taper of Prednisone. Summary: Praise God a dear friend at church truly felt I had Lyme Disease even though I had the Elisha Lyme test after the MS diagnosis, which came back negative. No surprise, in my mind cuz I had MS. My friend finally got through to me and I did research about a mother passing on Lyme in utero that I pursued Lyme testing and in 2003 after seeing a Lyme Dr. who immediately felt I had Lyme started me on the antibiotic cetin (far cheaper then Avonex). I began to notice changes in my vision for the good along with other positive health changes and my Lyme blood work went from equivocal to CDC positive for Lyme via IGENIX. My Lyme dr. after reading our daughters autopsy, which took the pathologist 5 wks.!!!! to determine our daughters cause of death, pulmonary aortic septal defect!!!! Definitely felt that I passed the Lyme onto her as when a mother has Lyme, it attacks the fetus like Syphilis causing congenital birth def. Very happy to say after years of treating with ceftin and doxi and Malarone for Babesia, I health wise have come along way. We have had a late in life son at the age of 42. was 28 with our daughter. I stayed on Ceftin which was safe for the developing fetus, but kept me from passing on the Lyme. joint wise and mental fog are still issues, but to have not have MS and a health son, God is Good!!!!

Hi Shannon, thank you so much for sharing your story. First off, my condolences to you and your family on the loss of your daughter. I can only imagine how hard that was/is to go through.

Your story about your son gave me a lot of hope. I have taken Ceftin previously for Lyme treatment, as well as a few other antibiotics over the course of my chronic Lyme journey.

Who was your OB/GYN or provider who prescribed Ceftin to take during your pregnancy? I'm quite a ways off from conceiving, but would like to gain more knowledge about taking Ceftin while pregnant and/or other antibiotics or methods to avoid passing Lyme in utero.

Additionally, did you breastfeed or not? If so, did you remain on antibiotics during that period as well, and is that safe for babies?

Thank you for any help you can provide!

Hi Shanon,

I just received a recent positive Lyme diagnosis with two coinfection‘s. My partner and myself have been trying to get pregnant for the last two years with two miscarriages. I now think they were totally related to my infection. I am currently holding off on pregnancy until I complete my treatment. It was suggested by my LLMD that once I get pregnant I should stay on antibiotics the entire pregnancy. I’m really happy to hear you had another child later in life. Did you also stay on the antibiotic the entire pregnancy? How is your child doing now? I’m worried about what the antibiotic might do to the developing baby throughout the duration of the pregnancy but I’m more scared of the possibility of giving Lyme to my child.
