Canadian Advocates Collective Response to Public Health Agency of Canada's Website Optimization on Lyme disease.

At the end of July 2020, an email was sent from the Public Health Agency of Canada to various stakeholders regarding optimization of the Lyme disease webpages on Canada.ca.  Proposed format and content changes were shared and stakeholders were asked to 'identify any concerns with the information and/or key messages. We would also welcome any additional information or questions that should be considered in the web updates.'  The deadline for this feedback was originally September 4th but extended by one week to September 11, 2020.

Advocacy leaders from various Canadian Lyme disease organizations and associations submitted a collective response to PHAC representing: CanLyme, Ontario Lyme Alliance, LymeHope, Lanark Fights Lyme, Lyme Ontario, LymeNB and NS Lyme Support group.  Collective letter and revisions recommendations to PHAC Lyme disease webpages below.
